When you are planning your next event, you likely spend a lot of time thinking about how you are going to fund things. A large part of event planning for many companies is attracting the attention of potential sponsors and persuading a few to participate in the event about to take place.

One way to attract and keep a sponsor is to offer them a bulk discount on tickets if purchased through your online event ticketing software program. They could use these discounts to offer their employees lower cost tickets, or to make sure that the top tiers of their company can easily attend.
2 – MAKE THINGS EXCLUSIVE
Using online event registration options, offer an exclusive sale period where sponsors can receive even more discounts if they choose to purchase within a certain window of time.
3 – GO SOCIAL
One way to attract and retain a sponsor is to draw them in with the potential for social exposure. Show them where and how their logos will appear, how often you can / will mention them via social media channels as a part of your event promotions, and describe any other social signal-generating or link-building possibilities you have for their businesses.
4 – PROMOTE THEM AT THE EVENT
Let potential sponsors know how you can / will promote their company during your event; banners, displaying their logo and company information in an itinerary or program, or verbal mentions can all help boost exposure of that sponsor during the event, and this can be a powerful motivator for them to sign on with you.
