With Attendee self-service option, your attendees can use the email address to locate their orders on Eventzilla.

Here are some of the things your attendees can do with this new feature.

• Download PDF tickets
• View order details
• Transfer tickets (when it is allowed by the event organizer)
• Cancel orders for free events (when it is allowed by the event organizer)
• Edit registration details (when it is allowed by the event organizer)
