LATT is now offering monthly community circles so we can converse and support each other. These facilitated conversations are grounded in Dr. Shawn Ginwright's Healing Centered Engagement to coalesce healing, solidarity, and compassion while engaging with others around salient topics that often burden us as OST professionals.
We are committed to productive and supportive conversations that will allow OST professionals to bring their full selves into the conversation, ask questions about designated monthly topics, and process thoughts, ideas, and feelings in a safe and inclusive space.
For this session, we will discuss our transition back to in-person learning by sharing our experiences, frustrations, and successes. Navigating the uncertainties and ever-changing OST landscape during COVID has provided a shared experience for all of us. Join us and see that you are not alone in many of the challenges you face.
