Engage Sport North is proud to offer this interactive hours Run Jump Throw Wheel Course to the community of Prince George and anyone who would like to participate.

This subsidised course will be added to your NCCP Locker once it is completed and it comes with a detailed lesson plan manual ready to use in your sport practice or classroom.

It is a great tool to understand and coach appropriately the ABC's of the FUNdamentals movements of Running, Jumping ,Throwing and Wheeling.

Athletes, coaches, teachers, parents and youth aged 16 years old and plus are welcome to join this Course.
