It is difficult to talk about stress without providing background information. We must look at the sources of the stress, our belief systems that effect the impact of the stress and ways that we can handle specific common issues to lessen our stress at work. This training will give you goals and strategies to combat the stress that impacts of every day at work. You will identify the stresses you take home and learn ways to maintain a good balance between your personal and professional life.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the basic principles of stress
- Recognize your stress triggers and learn how to manage them
- Develop proactive tips and strategies to help with managing stress
- Develop a plan to assist with stress that will allow for the ability to work with others in a positive manner
This CE webinar fulfills the DE requirement for this renewal period. CE certificates will be e-mailed by NASW-DE, within 7 days of successful completion of the webinar to the email provided upon registration.
To receive your CE certificate, please be sure to:
