Hotel information:  There are two hotels where our conference buses will depart from to take participants to and from all the venues.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your registration up to 5 days prior to the event start time. Please note that the IWEC Foundation will charge you a $50 cancellation fee and that the even registration fee ($2.95) is non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please send an email to nancyp@iwecfoundation.org. Any reservation canceled less than 5 days prior to the event start, can not be refunded.
