ANNUAL GRAND CONCLAVE

TO: Grand Officers, Past Grand Officers, Dais Officers, Past Presiding Officers of Constituent Commanderies and Sir Knights of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of the State of Wisconsin and other jurisdictions.
Dear Sir Knights,
The 167th Grand Conclave of the Grand Commandery, Knights Templar of Wisconsin will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Lake Masonic Center, 1235 E. Howard Avenue, Milwaukee.
ATTENDANCE: It is the duty of the Grand Officers and the Three Principal Officers of each Constituent Commandery to attend this Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Wisconsin. All Sir Knights are welcome and encouraged to attend.
REGISTRATION: All Wisconsin Sir Knights must pay a $10.00 registration fee at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of each delegate and guest to register electronically before midnight on June 6, 2025. All fees must be submitted electronically through the website. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is processed. All registrations received after June 6th and ‘walk-ins’ must pay a $25.00 registration fee. No registration fee is required for out of state Sir Knights and our guests. Enter code: WYRC25. Meal fees must be submitted electronically through the website. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is processed.

It is the responsibility of all attendees to visit the Registration Desk between 7:30 am to 8:45 am to pick-up meal tickets and documents and assign proxies. You are required to show your current dues card to obtain your registration packet. The desk will close at 8:45 am.
CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE: Credentials offered at the time of registration will be verified by the credentials committee. Any questions must be resolved prior to admission.
PROXY CARDS: Proxy forms are available on the Grand Commandery website. Should a Dais Officer be unable to attend, he should assign his proxy to another Sir Knight according to Grand Commandery Statutes. Proxy forms must be signed by the granting officer with the constituent Commandery’s seal thereto affixed and presented at the Registration Desk.
PRE-PROCEEDINGS: Pre-proceedings and other documentation will be available for download to registered participants beginning June 12, 2025. Limited copies will be available at the registration desk.
DRESS / ATTIRE: Grand Officers: Full Templar Uniform with Sword.
All other Sir Knights: Full Templar Uniform less Sword, or Black Suit.
Guests: Business Suit.
Ladies: Daytime; Business casual. Banquet; Semi-formal or formal attire.

DEVINE SERVICE: A Divine Service will begin at 9:00 am.
GRAND CONCLAVE: The 167th Grand Conclave of the Grand Commandery, Knights Templar of Wisconsin will reconvene at 9:30 am. We will break for the Grand Banquet at 11:30 am, resuming labor at 1:00 pm. Recess is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
MEAL RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: Each delegate and guest is required to make their own meal reservations. Reservations must be made using the Grand Conclave Website, http://www.gcktwis.org. Meal reservations will not be accepted after June 1, 2025. Tickets will not be available at the door.
CARBS and COFFEE: Donuts, coffee and juice will be served from 7:45 am to 8:45 am.
GRAND BANQUET: The Grand Banquet will begin at 11:30 am. Enjoy a traditional ‘Thanksgiving’ Turkey dinner, potatoes, vegetable, salad and dessert. Cost for the Grand Banquet is $30.00.
INSTALLATION OF GRAND OFFICERS: The Installation of Grand Officers will commence at 4:00 pm. Photos will be taken at 3:30 pm.
EXHIBITION DRILL: The Drill Exhibition will follow the Installation of Grand Officers.
LADIES’ ACTIVITY: Currently there is no external activity planned. This will be a time for the Ladies to gather and socialize or play games you may wish to bring.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Due to the limited duration of the Annual Grand Conclave, group hotel arrangements have not been made. A list of nearby hotels may be found on the website. It is the responsibility of all attendees to make their own hotel reservations.
