Most Social Workers receive little to no training on how to create and track budgets and finances for their organization or department.  This workshop will cover the basics and beyond from how to create and implement a budget to how to manage it.  Topics covered will include:  How to read a balance sheet; what are direct and indirect costs; the basics of revenue cycle management and more!  Samples and templates will be provided.
