Finding and managing grants can be a complicated, but much needed, process. Where do you start? And what do you do once the funding is secured? This workshop will feature strategic processes around finding grants and implementing practical tools to manage and track funding. Topics covered will include: Key phases in a grant cycle; program and budget tracking (including project management systems); and evaluation best practices.
