Mariann Bischoff serves at the Field Education Coordinator at the Rutgers University School of Social Work, New Brunswick campus. In this position, she works to facilitate field placements for BASW and MSW students. She also serves as off-site Field Instructor for BASW students. Bischoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Supervisor and Certified Social Work Supervisor in the state of New Jersey. She earn her MSW at Monmouth University with a concentration in International and Community Development. She earned her MS at Cornell University in Soil & Water Engineering and International Development, where she completed research in the Middle East examining the interconnections between water use and gender relations. She earned her BS at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in German. Prior to joining the faculty at Rutgers, Bischoff served as Clinical Supervisor at Catholic Charities in Hunterdon County, where she oversaw clinical operations for Family Preservation Services, in-home clinical programs and outpatient services. She reported monthly and quarterly outcome statistics, administered performance reviews, and ensured proper clinician training. She increased referral sources by developing relationships with community partners. Previous to that work, Ms. Bischoff held positions at Carrier Clinic, including Acting Lead Clinical Case Manager and Admissions Clinician. She was Awarded “Above & Beyond” for developing a proposal for the implementation of an electronic hospital census “bedboard,” which increased revenue. She trained new clinical case managers and supervised interns. Ms. Bischoff assessed and counseled patients with psychiatric, substance abuse and dementia diagnoses, developed treatment plans, implemented discharge plans and obtained insurance authorizations. She facilitated family meetings and psychoeducational groups. Bischoff began he social work career as Executive Director of Meals on Wheels of Greater New Brunswick, where she managed a budget of $173,000, wrote a yearly grant application to Middlesex County Office on Aging, ran the Board of Directors meetings and published a monthly newsletter. She was solely responsible for billing, staffing, scheduling, and bookkeeping and prepared monthly schedules for 120 volunteers to deliver meals to 55 clients daily.

Christine Morales serves as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the School of Social Work. She facilitates the daily operations in admission for all the MSW programs. Christine has extensive experience working in a New Jersey based nongovernmental organization. She provided clinical and case management services to children in the foster care system. Christine also conducted homestudy assessments for the purposes of resource parent licensing. She supervised several programs contracted by the state to serve medically needy children, resource parents, adolescents in out of home care and organizational employees. In additional to leadership, Christine has a dedication to outcome based program evaluations. She has experience in accreditation for service providers and facilitating training in technical, clinical and soft skills. Christine is an alumnus of Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Psychology. While at Rutgers University, she assisted in research within the field of Industrial Organization Psychology. Christine earned her MSW at the University of Southern California. In California, Christine worked in communities including Skid Row, Central Los Angeles and Long Beach serving marginalized groups, such as children in the child welfare system and the homeless population.
