Inherent in social work practice is the understanding that every person regardless of position in society has fundamental human rights. This webinar explores the relationship between social work and human rights work. It introduces human rights conceptual frameworks and explores opportunities for social workers to enhance their practice by approaching their work with a rights-based lens.

1.Define human rights and understand the relationship between human rights and social work.
2.Describe and apply human rights conceptual frameworks to solving social work problems.
3.Explore practical ways to incorporate human rights-based approaches in to clinical and macro social work practice.
