Vendor displays are required to be set up Thursday, May 12th by 2:00 pm.  All displays are required to be removed by 12:00 pm, Saturday May 14th. Please register the number of people that will be attending the convention with you. Those who will be attending all three days of the convention are welcomed at our dinner and cocktail hour -- please be sure to register how many will be attending these events as well.  

A six-foot table and prize box will be provided. Please send us your logo for the prize box and bring your giveaways plus a description of the prizes with you. If any additional AV equipment is needed, please email drew@9round.com.
