PARKING
Available in the Joe Carter Parking Lot. Lot entrance is off of E. California Avenue, across the street from Bricktown main entrance. Please tell the attendant you are with RE/MAX and have $5 cash available to pay for parking. See map for reference.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register on or before February 9 to receive the Early Bird discount of $50 per person! Registration received after February 9 will be at the rate of $60 per person. The Early Bird discount will be given at the end of the registration process and payment is secured.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
You are welcome to register up to 50 people with one payment!  When you register multiple attendees you will be asked to enter the information for each of them, including an email address. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing at midstates-events@rmxreg.com. Cancellations received on or before February 9 will receive a refund less $10 service fee. Cancellations received after February 9 are not eligible for a refund, but substitution for the registration is welcome.
