Providing High School aged (14+) catchers with advanced instruction in the skills needed to play the catching position. We will cover:
- Receiving technique (pocket awareness, glove path, framing and pitch presentation)
- Blocking technique (blocking position, controlling the ball and lateral blocking)
- Throwing (throwing mechanics, proper footwork)
This camp will provide 8 hours of instruction over two days, October 14th, 1pm to 5pm and October 15th, 9am to 1pm, held at Post 320 Baseball in Rapid City, SD.
