The Surgical Extraction Foundation consists of a handful of surgeons in SW Oklahoma who volunteer their services with medical helicopters. They fly out to industrial accidents or crash sites with victims suffering traumatic injuries and entrapments to provide on-scene medical procedures like amputations.
