STONE LAKE CRANBERRY FESTIVAL GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Held Annually the 1st Saturday in October. Rain or Shine.
  • Approximately 25,000 Shoppers Visit Annually
  • Arts and Crafts 
  • Shopping Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Music, Parade and Krate Derby

GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION:

  • Vendors are mixed; this is not a juried show.
  • Over 330 Vendors
  • All vendors must register and pay on-line.

OUTDOOR VENDOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Over 300 Outdoor Vendor Spaces.
  • Space size: 10'X12' on Asphalt Street or Grassy Area near former School
  • No tables or tents provided
  • No Electricity provided.
  • Quiet generators allowed AFTER 7:00 AM
  • No water provided.

INDOOR VENDOR SPACES: (No longer available)


FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION:

  • All Food Vendors requesting space must register and pay online.
  • Food License required. No exceptions.
  • General Liability Insurance required for your rented space. No exceptions.
  • Returning Vendors will be given first opportunity to renew their space
  • Registration deadline to request last year’s location is May 31
  • Once you have completed and paid for registration you will receive a confirmation email that registration has been received.
  • Food Vendor Spaces are limited and registration and payment is NOT a guarantee.
  • You will be contacted after registration via email with a request for photo of your booth, copy of valid Food License, menu items and space requirement confirmation.  
  • You will be contacted with decision within 14 working days of photo review.
  • If no space is assigned you will receive a full refund.
  • You are responsible for cleaning your area of all debris.
  • Any vendor caught dumping grease or garbage will not be allowed to return.
  • If you need assistance with registration, please email info@stonelakecranberryfestival.com and a representative will contact you within 72 hours to provide assistance.

RETURNING VENDORS:

  • Returning Vendor registration is from April 1 to May 31 to request your previous location.
  • Returning vendors from previous year requesting space must register and pay on this website.
  • Returning Vendors from previous year will be given first opportunity to renew their space
  • Registration deadline to request previous year's location is May 31 so register NOW.
  • Once you have completed and paid for registration you will receive a confirmation email that registration has been received.
  • You will be contacted with space assignment on or before August 15th
  • If you need help with registration, please email info@stonelakecranberryfestival.com and a representative will contact you within 72 hours to provide assistance.

NEW VENDORS:

  • All vendors are considered new if they did not participate last year's festival or register after May 31st
  • New vendors will be added on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability
  • All new vendors requesting space for this year must register and pay on this website.
  • There are approximately 40 available spaces for new vendors. Early registration is suggested.
  • It is advised not to purchase event insurance until space availability is confirmed. See below insurance information.
  • You will be notified on or before June 30 if space is available.
  • If NO space is available, you will be refunded your complete registration fee.

SELLERS PERMIT:

  • Your State Sellers Permit is required
  • For Sellers permit information visit www.revenue.wi.gov or by calling 1-608-266-2776.

EVENT INSURANCE:

  • All vendors must provide proof of General Liability Insurance to cover rented space.
  • A current copy listing Stone Lake Cranberry Festival as an additional insured is required.

  • Affordable Event insurance may be purchased online at www.actinsurance.com

SALES TAX:

  •  Vendors are responsible for collecting & paying state & county sales tax if applicable.

 VENDOR SET UP:

  • Set-up 6:30AM - 9:00 AM day of Festival
  • Highway 70 closes from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • You may drive to your booth to unload and load as quickly as possible.
  • Once unloaded Free Parking available in Vendor fields with Vendor Parking Pass.
  • NOTE: Friday Set-up is at your own risk. Security is not on site. Lost, stolen or damaged belongings with not be insured by festival.  

TEARDOWN:

  • All vendors must remain set-up until close of Festival at 5:00 PM.  
  • Please load as quickly as possible once vehicle is at your booth.
  • Anyone leaving early will be asked not to attend following year.
  • Please have booth packed up as much as possible before bringing vehicle to booth

  PARKING:

  • FREE FOR VENDORS in the parking lots and Vendor parking areas.
  • Parking in residential yards and driveways is prohibited without permission of property owner.
  • Property owner reserve the right to charge for parking as they see fit.

 KRATE DERBY:

  • Please read the Krate Derby Rules and Regulations before submitting registration
  • Krate Derby is limited to 12 racers who are accepted on a first come, first served basis

 

Cancellation policy

  • Festival is held Rain or Shine. No rain date will be held.
  • Refunds: 50% Show Fee refund issued to ACCEPTED VENDORS who cancel and notify the Festival 31 days prior to the first day of the event
    (received in writing).
  • No refunds if you cancel 30 days or less prior to the first day of the event.
  • Emergencies will be addressed with documentation.
  • If we must cancel due to a government COVID-19 mandate, vendors will be refunded in full minus a $20 processing fee per space.

Stone Lake Cranberry Festival is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. All event proceeds benefit local youth groups, civic and service organizations and education scholarships. Over the past 4 years we have proudly donated over $100,000 to Stone Lake and our surrounding communities.
