- Main Focus: Full range of advanced goaltending instruction for Elite level goaltenders (Midget AAA Major, Jr, College and Pro) looking to take their game to the next level on and off the ice.
Ice Times: 11-1pm and 3-4pm
Camp Details:
- 14 hours of ice time
- Dry land training at Pryde Athletics Training Center in Canton, MI
- 4 hours of classroom time with Sports Psychologist Dr. Michael Mignano
Your daily schedule:
9-10:00am Workout at Pryde Athletics Traing Center - 5536 Research Dr Suite A, Canton, MI 48188
11:00 - 1:00pm On Ice #1 (on ice situation drills)
1-1:30pm: Lunch (not provided)
1:30 - 2:30pm - Classroom With Sports Psychologist
3-4pm: On Ice Session #2 (crease management, tactical work, edge work and puck handling)
**Camp ends on Friday at 1pm after 1st ice session**
