We’re pleased to offer our registered attendees beautiful guest rooms at the all-new Omni Oklahoma City available at a special Bridgeway conference discounted rate. The Omni offers six dining destinations showcasing the best cuisine in OKC, uninterrupted views of Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline and is a short walk to the popular Bricktown entertainment district. All suites are outfitted with modern in-room amenities, including Keurig coffee makers and fast Wi-Fi, plus many other features to help you enjoy your time in OKC. This special rate is good during the event dates May 7-9 and also three days before and after the conference if you’d like to extend your stay.

Please note: The hotel places a pre-authorization of $100 per night on credit cards upon check-in. The amount of any un-used pre-authorizations will be released by the hotel upon check-out, but it may take up to 14 business days to reflect on the bank statement.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking
- One night room and tax deposit due at time of booking
- Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee
- Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am
- An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if an attendee checks-out prior to their original check-out date
