2nd Annual "This Is 4 My Girlz" Charm School Workshop

Our mission is focused on mentoring, giving back, and being present, active, and accountable for the unity, dignity, morality, femininity, and leadership skills of a dominant generation and evolving sisterhood amongst our San Antonio youth. Our vision is to encourage our young ladies to always strive for success and inherit a lifestyle of class, poise, confidence, positivity, self-love, and character. "This Is 4 My Girlz" Annual Charm School Workshop strives to be a long-term, continuing asset to the community by helping transform young girls with dreams into empowered women with vision in a society that statistically labels them a gender-based minority. Our goal is to reach as many young girls in San Antonio (ages 8-18) to introduce them and instill within them discipline, structure, and preparation for success. The difference between "This Is 4 My Girlz’s" charm school and most others, is that we want to become the vessel and link to our local communities and inner-city families that are not often exposed to such an outlet of greatness and self-development for leading opportunities. It will teach our participants etiquette and mannerisms. It will build their confidence, self-esteem, and their character. It will provide tips on public speaking, resume writing, and interview coaching, along with college application assistance. "This Is 4 My Girlz" Annual Charm School Workshop will also educate our girls on social media etiquette/internet safety, HIV/AIDS awareness, money management, and credit score maintenance. All of which are tools needed to live a productive life into and throughout womanhood/adulthood.
