This one hour class will help orient and ground, your mind and body through breath awareness and mindful meditations on scripture. You will be invited into slow, gentle stretching and movement that offers mobility and balance. It is for all levels of ability.
This is a 4 week session, running on Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:30am from 1/10-1/31, 2024 at our office at 3480 W Market St. Suite 205, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
You may bring your own mat or use one of ours. You may also want to bring water.
Class will only run with 3 or more particpants, so invite your friends!
