
In this self-paced online course, participants will learn how to evaluate the accessibility of their Microsoft PowerPoint files. Specifically, you'll learn:
- How to use Microsoft's Accessibility Checker to analyze a PowerPoint document
- How to utilize PPT templates to create accessible PowerPoint presentations
- How to meaningfully group objects
- How to add alt-text to images
- How to correct reading order of items on a slide
- How and when to create audio descriptions to images and slides
- How to create accessible tables
- How to select accessible colors and fonts
- How to hierarchically organize content with headings
- and much more!
This course is self-paced, meaning that you will complete the modules and assignments at your own pace. You must complete the course within the month for which you are registered. (i.e. If you register to take the course in March, you must complete the course in the month of March)
