200-Hour Sacred Earth YTT + Permaculture Immersion
Journey to beautiful Lake Atitlan in the Mayan Heartland for a transformational experience with Atitlan Organics and Awakened Spirit Yoga. Deepen your practice and feel the subtle but profound shifts that happen when you embrace sustainable and holistic practices. Drawing on the the wisdom of both ancient yogic philosophy and Mother Earth herself, this 4-week course teaches the foundations of yoga through asana, breathwork, and mindfulness. Embedded within the training is Atitlan Organic's Permaculture Immersion, which gives participants the chance to come to a deeper and more symbiotic relationship with the natural world. Highly recommended for yogis, change-makers, innovators, activists, seed planters, or anyone who believes in transformation.

Food and Lodging:
Course participants stay at the Bambu Guest House, which is a brand new, natural building boasting bathrooms and balconies in each room, comfy beds, wifi, hot water, and amazing views of the lake, mountains, and rivers. The Bambu Guest House is proof that natural building can be clean and luxurious. Lodging is shared in bright, spacious rooms.

Working closely with nearby Atitlan Organics, the Bambu Guest House has a farm-to-table restaurant that serves up delicious and filling plates mainly composed of Atitlan Organics and other local farm products. Currently, Atitlan Organics supplies all of the milk, yogurt, cheese, salads, cooking greens, honey, coffee, chicken, taro root, pigeon peas, and herbs to the Bambu Guest House restaurant.The restaurant is run by three young, local, aspiring chefs named Antonio, Reynaldo, and Rodrigo. They are amazing!
All food, snacks, coffee, tea, and frescos are included in the YTT course, as well as lodging for the duration at the Bambu Guest House. Three delicious meals a day are served buffet style, as well as coffee and teach througe!
Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. The remainder is refundable up to one month prior to the start of the training. After that point, no refunds will be issued.
