Health Care Providers who take this course must complete and pass the Precourse Self-Assessment with a score of 70% or higher, have a current Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS course completion card and be proficient in the following:
 
  • Performing high-quality BLS skills as per the 2015 Guideline updates for CPR and ECC
  • Basic ECG interpretation
  • Understanding ACLS drugs
  • Bag-Mask Ventilations

This course is intended for health careproviders who hold a current ACLS Provider Card within the 2 year expiration date.  Additionally, participants who take this course must have a current Heart and Stroke BLS card within 12 months of the date of this course.

Priority registrations will go to staff working in the ED, ICU, or Cath Lab.
 

This is a one day course to be held Friday, October 20, 2017 - 0830-1630 in Auditorium B.
