This face-to-face workshop focuses on practical, research-based strategies that promote engaging teaching and learning experiences in face-to-face and online instruction.  Hosted by Claire Howell Major, Professor of Higher Education at University of Alabama, and author/co-author of several books, this workshop is in two parts:  Engaged Teaching, and Engaged Learning.  (For more information on Claire Howell Major, click here.)

Registrants can sign up for one or both sessions.  (And yes, lunch is available all attendees!)

Attendees to this event will receive a complimentary copy of her book: Teaching for Learning: 101 Intentionally Designed Educational Techniques to Put Students on the Path to Success (published by Routledge, with Michael Harris and Todd Zakrajsek), and Bloom's Taxonomy Slider from Educational Blueprints.
