Upon graduating from college and serving as a short term missionary in Norway, Austin was called to ministry in business. Richard has over 20 years of experience in all facets of Product Management and Software Engineering with a passion for customer focus and team building. He graduated from Indiana University in 2004 with a degree in Computer Information Systems and earned his MBA from Syracuse University in 2015. When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his two boys (6 and 3), coaching their sports teams, building a home with his fiance Amy, reading and all things Indiana University sports.
