As a national thought leader and expert in the health benefits field, Austin brings passion and knowledge to the benefits industry. Austin has started and sold 2 businesses previously, a CPA firm and an insurance agency. Austin is a CPA by training and got his start working at Ernst & Young.
Since the inception of the Affordable Care Act, Austin has been a leading strategist nationally for organizations in the area of health insurance leading Remodel Health. Upon graduating from college and serving as a short term missionary in Norway, Austin was called to ministry in business. Remodel Health has given Austin the opportunity to combine kingdom work with financial analysis. Austin is husband to Kristina and father to Brayden, Bella & Caleb. Personally, he is passionate about the issue of fatherlessness in our generation.

Braden Carter is the Chief Operating Officer for Remodel Health. He leads the Finance, Legal, HR and Strategic Planning Teams and initiatives in his 5th year with the company. Prior to Remodel Health, Braden held leadership roles in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, specializing in Financial, Operations, Staff and Asset Management. As one of the first clients to sign/partner with Remodel Health, Braden has and continues to experience first-hand how Remodel Health’s solution helps organizations and members navigate health insurance in a savvier, more affordable way. Braden is husband to Lauren and father to Beck and Bale. Outside of work, Braden loves spending time with his family and enjoys all things soccer, traveling, health and fitness.

As a crucial member of the leadership team, Johnna has been instrumental in scaling and growing Remodel Health to its current size, boasting close to 100 employees who serve nearly 400 organizations. With a passion for developing people and processes, Johnna is a success-driven leader who excels in operations, training, sales, and management. She possesses a unique ability to build and maintain relationships in various professional settings and thrives in fast-paced, progressive work environments. Johnna leverages her expertise in data analysis to develop, implement, and assess sales and retention outcomes, propelling teams toward strategic goals. Her personal strengths, which include Relator, Achiever, Learner, Positivity, and Individualization, are a testament to her ability to coach and mentor teams to success.

Richard Perrin is the Vice President of Software Engineering at Remodel Health. He leads the Product Management, Software Architecture, Engineering and DevSecOps groups within Remodel Health and has been with the company for 3 years. Prior to Remodel Health, Richard held Engineering leadership roles at Salesforce, launching the fastest-growing product in Salesforce Marketing Cloud history, and leading successful tech startups from growth to acquisition; Edifice Information Management (now SPS Commerce) and InfoScout (now Numerator).
Richard has over 20 years of experience in all facets of Product Management and Software Engineering with a passion for customer focus and team building. He graduated from Indiana University in 2004 with a degree in Computer Information Systems and earned his MBA from Syracuse University in 2015.
When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his two boys (6 and 3), coaching their sports teams, building a home with his fiance Amy, reading and all things Indiana University sports.

Travis Hall is the Vice President of Marketing at Remodel Health. Travis coaches and strategizes with founders, CMO’s and CEO’s by taking a data-driven approach to launching marketing initiatives and achieving growth. Throughout his career, Travis has helped grow over a dozen different start-up companies—two of which were $10M+ ARR—built teams of 100+ people, and raised over $32M in venture capital, all in the SaaS vertical.
Travis is a data-driven marketer, growth hacker, brand developer and start-up entrepreneur. With over 15 years of experience in data-driven marketing, sales, brand management, advertising, and web development, Travis has experienced the trenches of fast-growth companies against overwhelming odds. He has a diverse marketing experience that has lead him to be a part of everything from software start-ups (like Remodel Health) to industry-leading software companies (like ClusterTruck and BidPal) to Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of work, Travis loves spending time with his wife and children, motorcycle riding, running, traveling, camping, reading, and restoring old motorcycles.

Greg Anderson serves as the Executive Pastor for Traders Point Christian Church, a multisite church with campuses located throughout the Indianapolis area. Greg started his career in sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry. He spent 12 years learning from two of the leading companies in the industry, Pfizer and Merck. During this time, he developed and refined his passion for creating a culture of excellence that achieves strong results. He then transitioned into ministry, becoming the Campus Pastor of Traders Point’s first multisite campus. For the past 5 years, he has served in his current role as Executive Pastor where he is responsible for overseeing 150 staff which serve the several thousand people who call TPCC their church. In this role, he leverages his passion for creating a workplace culture that seeks to provide value to each of their employees. The Traders Point team has consistently been named a Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. Greg is husband to Katie and father to Elijah, Jude, Naomi, Oliver and Shepherd. Personally, in addition to his interest in leadership development, he is deeply passionate about marriage and parenting in a way that honors God and enriches society.
