              Mark Mixer joined Health One Alliance in 2008 and has been the CEO of Health One Alliance, LLC, the parent company of HRASimple, Alliant Health Plans, and Serventy Insurance Company, since 2015. Under his leadership, HRASimple has become a national leader in Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRA), serving clients of all sizes across the U.S., with its largest client having over 4,300 employees. Mark founded HRASimple in late 2019—writing one of the first ICHRAs in the country, positioning it at the forefront of this transformative health care model. Mark is a co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of The HRA Council, a nationally recognized advocate for ICHRA education and legislation. Through his leadership, the Council has become a trusted source of data-driven insights and neutral policy guidance for federal agencies and congressional committees. His expertise has made him one of the nation’s leading subject matter experts on ICHRA policy and implementation. He co-authored NABIP’s 3-hour ICHRA certification course and is one of its nationally recognized speakers, frequently presenting across the country. He is also deeply involved in legislative efforts, including a 2025 initiative in Georgia where a partnership with Oscar and Centene, supported by the Department of Insurance, is working to pass an ICHRA tax credit bill. Beyond his work in health insurance, Mark is passionate about theology and the Bible, which deeply influences his leadership approach. His commitment to servant leadership is rooted in biblical principles—focusing on integrity, stewardship, and the belief that strong organizations thrive when leaders put others first. In addition to his executive leadership, Mark serves on the Executive Board of the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce (2025) and has held board positions with Dalton Utilities (2022–2024) and the Health Plan Alliance (since 2016).                   At age nine, Josh was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer and given a fifty percent chance to live. He spent a year on chemotherapy treatments and his left leg was amputated. Doctors declared Josh cured of the disease at age thirteen and he took up ski racing three years later.

                  Josh trained for the next five years and in 2006 he was named to the US Paralympic Ski Team for The Paralympic Games in Turino, Italy. Today, Josh represents the United States in international competition as a member of the U.S. Amputee Soccer Team.

                  On the internet, Josh is best known for his viral photos, especially his Halloween costumes. His videos have been viewed over 1 billion times and he has over four million followers.

                  People Magazine named him to the 2017 "Social Media Power List." As a social media influencer, he's worked with brands like Apple, Meta, Tommy Hilfiger, Chase, Chevrolet and AT&T.

                  Josh is an ambassador for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and makes regular appearances at events and in the media to raise money for children's hospitals across the country. He has been featured on the back of Doritos bags (specifically, Spicy Nacho flavor) for his work on behalf of amputees.

                  Josh has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, NPR and CNN. His first memoir, Just Don't Fall, was a National Bestseller and his second memoir We Should Hang Out Sometime was optioned for movie rights by a division of Disney. His debut novel Love and First Sight was published in 2017. Josh's fourth book, Semi-Famous was released in 2022. His books have been translated into German, Italian, and Turkish and have been published in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Turkey, Italy, and Austria.
