Find out in this course where students will get a broad overview of the Anatomy of a houseand the different terminology used to describe them. Technical drawing and photographs are used to illustrate the parts of a home and what their funsctions are. We will learn how the different systems relate to one another. Students will also be given good insight as to how to identify potential problems. This is an oppertunity to learn how to prptect our clients, be more educated about the physical aspects of a home, and to help keep it all in a perpective when assisting your buyers and sellers in working through the inspection process.
