Ever wonder what an Appraiser and Inspector actually do when they go to a house (or why)?  The Appraisal/Inspection Field Trip Class is designed to show you just that! This class meets at a home with the instructors, an Appraiser and an Inspector from D.S. Murphy & Associates. Each instructor takes approximately half of the students on a walkthrough of the general procedures followed when performing the site visit (half the class is with the Appraiser and half is with the Inspector). Midway through the class, the instructors switch so that all students get an overview of what the site visit entails for both the Appraiser and the Inspector. This is a great hands-on alternative to classroom CE and always includes a lot of great Q&A along the way!
