The SHM Arizona Chapter will host an in-person meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. MT. at The Gladly in Phoenix, AZ.   Please join the chapter for networking and an educational presentation titled, "Approaching Adult Care Transition from the Inpatient Pediatric Setting: A Meds-Peds Perspective," by Drs. Meg Groom and Ashka Atodaria.
