ASQ Section 509 Presents:

Transitioning into a New Leadership Role with Confidence

·        Date: Thursday, September 16, 2021

·        Time: 6:30-8:00PM

·        Location: Virtual (hyperlink will be sent prior to event)

·        Cost: FREE

As quality professionals we are called to lead in many different ways, everything from leading auditing teams to interacting with senior leadership. As our scope of responsibility grows, we cannot be involved in every detail on a day-to-day basis. We have to trust the people we work with to do their job in order for us to focus on the bigger picture.

During this interactive session, we will follow a new leader on their journey as they start in a new role as the Quality Manager. We will explore how to make the first 90-days meaningful and impactful. You will get to practice with a small group in a virtual breakout room:

·        How to prepare yourself for this new role and to develop a plan for how you want to lead.

·        Key things your manager, team, and stakeholders are wondering about you in this new role.

·        A set of tools, techniques, and a framework for the first 90-days.

This session is filled with actionable real-world advice that you can apply whether you are a seasoned leader, an aspiring manager, a consultant, or trying to thrive in your current role.

Join us for this hands-on mini workshop!
