An open listening session for New Jersey social workers to discuss the recent report issued by the ASWB on exam passing rates. The report showed a significant disparities rate between white test-takers and test-takers of color. We believe the voices of our entire social work community need to be heard on this issue. Together, we can make recommendations to our Board of Social Work Examiners and our State Legislature as to how we move forward with licensing of social workers in New Jersey.
