Space is limited in order to allow the instructor to give personalized attention to attendees.
In this 2 hour full body beginner flexibility workshop, we will go over all the basic tools, stretches, and conditioning exercises you need to start or accelerate your journey to a more flexible you! We will break down left, right, and middle splits as well as back and shoulder flexibility and muscle toning. There will also be time at the end for questions!
