The new school year is just around the corner and it's time to start thinking about what to pack for daily lunches and snacks. Join us for this class to learn how to prepare fun and creative meals to enjoy all school year long. Recipes from the class will be shared with participants.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
The event is free and can be attended either in person or online via Zoom.
