Enjoy a Fiesta-style lunch with BBB and learn the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and how your business can utilize this strategy. Entry is FREE to the first 15 BBB Accredited Businesses. Limited number of $25 guest tickets available upon request. Non-Accredited Business entry is $30.

Chances are you have a great decision-making process for adminstration, HR, marketing or business development. But how can you truly amp up your strategy to make wise, timely decisions? Our presenter is Lt. Col Max "James" Renner from JBSA Lackland who will review the MDMP model and how it best applies to the everyday business owner/operator. 

Doors open at 11:30a.m. for networking. Presentation starts at noon. 

Space is limited to 25 guests. Both BBB and Alamo Cafe maintain all the recommended CDC & safety protocols during the event:
