In this session, led by Jenny McClure (Quality and & Outcomes Specialist), participants will learn that behavior is a form of communication, all behaviors serve a function, and learn about the 3 components of challenging behavior.
This understanding, or shift in perspective, will help you reframe what you might be seeing in your program and help you read and decipher the needs of the youth your program serves. This session is geared toward any age group.
