Holland Union Building, 28 N. College Street, Carlisle, PA, PA, 17013, United States.

This year’s theme will be “Building a Bicycle Friendly Community for All.”  We’ll be focusing on successful programs designed to serve the disadvantaged and those that attract young riders.   We are pleased to offer this program at Dickinson College, which is a Gold level Bicycle Friendly University, located in Carlisle Borough, a community dedicated to Complete Streets principals. We’ll hear first-hand on how Dickinson and Carlisle got to be where they are today.
