Autumn is on its way and is the perfect time to learn how to make your favorite seasonal food items last through the year. Find out how to avoid food spoiling and extend the life of your favorite produce and other goods. This demonstration will provide you with useful information and tips for how to can and preserve your food to make it last all Winter long. Recipes will be shared with participants. Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. This event is free and open to anyone in the community.
