Program Description
This three-hour, intermediate, presentation will provide training and guidance on creating a successful mental health practice. The presenters will go over crucial steps including credentialing, provider enrollment, billing, and revenue cycle management.
This program is perferct for mental health practioners, practice administrators, and HR professionals. Providers will learn how to create an efficient credentialing/enrollment process. This program will provide instruction on how to send claims and receive reimbursement from different peyers. During this workshop, providers will be introduced to CAQH,NPPES, I&A, Availity, ERA and EFTs, and Medicare portal.
Learning Objectives:
After attending this intermediate level program participants will be able to:
- Access structure needed to build a successful mental health private practice
- Discuss Credentialing & Enrollment processes that impact your revenue cycle
- Recognize billing processes including service entry, claim submission, and revenue cycle managment

Non Psychologists. Most licensing boards accept Continuing Education Credits sponsored by the American Psychological Association but non-psychologists are recommended to consult with their specific state-licensing board to ensure that APA-sponsored CE is acceptable.*Participants must attend 100% of the program in order to obtain a Certificate of Attendance.
