The idea for this class was conceived innocently enough when the topic came up in a continuing education class taught before a room full of new homes onsite agents, sales managers, and superintendents. The topic of new homes came up again a few weeks later with a group of general brokerage agents. Both groups had a lot of opinions regarding the other side. Building Trust – New Homes and General Brokerage explores each side of the issue with the goal of building best practices to benefit the consumer.
