Depuis sa création, AGILEA a toujours cherché à se positionner sur des corpus de connaissance innovants ou sur les grandes nouveautés des corpus existants.
Cela a notamment été le cas avec les approches Demand Driven.
Depuis 6 ans maintenant, nous avons développé notre approche de Management de Projet par le FLUX qui s’inspire des approches de Théorie des Contraintes et de la Chaîne Critique.
A travers notre approche, nous avons souvent constaté que les modèles opératoires proposés étaient excellents mais ne garantissaient pas la validité de l’idée de départ.
Trop souvent, les projets étaient faits plus vites ou à l’heure mais ce n’est pas pour autant qu’ils étaient des succès du point de vue du business. Bref, il manquait à notre modèle opératoire quelque chose plus en amont, qui permettait de garantir ce point.
Aujourd’hui, Rami Goldratt et son entreprise proposent une nouvelle approche orientée sur l’innovation « Focus On Innovation that matters ».
Cette approche a pour ambition de répondre à ce problème.
Aussi AGILEA et Goldratt Group se sont associés pour vous proposer un webinaire de 2h afin de découvrir les bases et les idées de cette approche.
Par la suite, AGILEA lancera le programme Beta de cette formation pour les personnes qui seront intéressées pour aller plus loin. Cette formation sera dispensée conjointement entre AGILEA et Goldratt Group.
