Join us at Terranea Resort November 16-17 for the CalTax Board of Directors meeting. Registration includes access to the Board of Directors Meeting and all meals, including the following:
Thursday, November 16
5 p.m. - The Board of Directors Dinner will be held on the Rocky Point Terrace.
Friday, November 17
8 a.m. - Breakfast and networking will begin at 8 a.m. on the Rocky Point Terrace, followed by the Board of Directors meeting at 9 a.m. in the Rocky Point Room.
9 a.m. - Join us for the November Board of Directors Meeting from 9 a.m. to noon in the Rocky Point Room.
Noon - Lunch will be served following the board meeting on the Rocky Point Terrace.

Guests staying with CalTax will receive a discounted room rate of $350 per night. To receive the discounted rate, please make your reservations by Monday, October 16 here. Guests will receive a reduced resort fee of $15 per night, which provides access to TerraneaCares wellness kit at check-in, access to The Links' short game practice area (own clubs required), two bottles of water in your room at check-in, and access to self-guided walking maps curated by the resort's naturalist, among other amenities. Valet parking is available at a reduced rate of $25 per night.

Refund Policy: You may request a cancellation of your registration for a full refund up to October 16. Cancellation requests made after October 16 until November 6 will receive a credit for future meetings. Cancellation requests made after this date will not receive a refund.
