Join us at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe September 14-15 for the CalTax Board of Directors meeting. Registration includes access to the Board of Directors Meeting and all meals, including the following:
Thursday, September 14
5 p.m. - The Board Dinner will be held in Manzanita, the hotel's restaurant.
Friday, September 15
8 a.m. - Breakfast and networking will begin at 8 a.m., followed by the Board of Directors meeting in Salon III.
9 a.m. - Join us for the September Board of Directors Meeting from 9 a.m. to noon in Salon III.
Noon - Lunch will be served following the board meeting on the Ballroom Terrace.

Guests staying with CalTax will receive a discounted room rate of $319 per night. To receive the discounted rate, please make your reservations by Monday, July 31 here. Guests will receive a reduced resort fee of $30 per night, which provides access to a s'mores kit upon arrival, daily fitness classes, a seasonal resort shuttle, eco-friendly bottled water in-room daily, and a seasonal welcome beverage from 2-6 p.m. daily. Valet parking is available at a reduced rate of $40 per night.

You may request a cancellation of your registration for a full refund up to July 31. Cancellation requests made after July 31 until September 4 will receive a credit for future meetings. Cancellation requests made after this date will not receive a refund. Please contact lexey@caltax.org with any questions or refund requests.
