Networking Event - Sail on Lake Tahoe Partial Approval - $250.00

September 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. - We invite you to join us for our September Board of Directors Networking Event, a private sail around Lake Tahoe. The charter will depart from Tahoe City Marina at 11:30 a.m. CalTax will depart the lobby around 10:30 a.m. Please wear deck-friendly shoes (this means light-colored soles and no heels). Lunch and beverages will be provided. Due to space limitations, capacity is capped at 27 people.

Networking Event - Golf at Old Brockway Golf Course Partial Approval - $220.00

September 14, tee time to be determined - We invite you to join us for an alternate Networking Event, Golf at Old Brockway Golf Course. Registration will include tee time and cart fees. Clubs are available for rent at the course for $30 per set. Old Brockway offers over 3400 yards of quality, serene golfing with two par 5’s, two par 3’s and five par 4’s. Enjoy walking through the towering Jeffery pines with lake views on each and every hole. The Golf Channel rated Historic Old Brockway as one of the top 9 hole courses in the country.

Join us at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe September 14-15 for the CalTax Board of Directors meeting. Registration includes access to the Board of Directors Meeting and all meals, including the following:

Thursday, September 14
5 p.m. - The Board Dinner will be held in Manzanita, the hotel's restaurant.

Friday, September 15
8 a.m. - Breakfast and networking will begin at 8 a.m., followed by the Board of Directors meeting in Salon III.
9 a.m. - Join us for the September Board of Directors Meeting from 9 a.m. to noon in Salon III.
Noon - Lunch will be served following the board meeting on the Ballroom Terrace.

Guests staying with CalTax will receive a discounted room rate of $319 per night. To receive the discounted rate, please make your reservations by Monday, July 31 here. Guests will receive a reduced resort fee of $30 per night, which provides access to a s'mores kit upon arrival, daily fitness classes, a seasonal resort shuttle, eco-friendly bottled water in-room daily, and a seasonal welcome beverage from 2-6 p.m. daily. Valet parking is available at a reduced rate of $40 per night.

You may request a cancellation of your registration for a full refund up to July 31. Cancellation requests made after July 31 until September 4 will receive a credit for future meetings.
