As follow up to its first Canadian Legal Innovation Forum Webinar series, ADB Insights is producing a second series of online webinars focused on the business of law starting in October, 2020. The webinars’ content is a series of focused, collaborative presentations from experts at law firms, law departments and their third party partners. The presenters will focus on their innovative approaches to common challenges faced by stakeholders in the sector and will provide specific examples and case studies of solutions that improve internal processes, encourage better collaboration, deliver client value and others.

Each webinar will be accredited for 1 hour of professionalism credits from the LSO and an hour of CPD from LSBC. They are free to view (also on available on demand) and require registration to attend. 

Structure:

  • 60 minute presentation format with 3-4 presenters from law firms, in-house counsel and third party partners

  • Content for the program will be highly curated, directed by user demand and provide clear takeaways for end users

  • Each webinar is accredited for 1 hour of professionalism credits by the LSO and 1 hour of CDP from LSBC

  • Users will be able to access the webinar for free by registering their details

  • Webinars will be available live or in archived format via Zoom’s webinar platform

Andrew Bowyer

Andrew Bowyer is the founder of ADB Insights - a Vancouver based media and consulting company. ADB Insights convenes forums, workshops and digitally based platforms focused on change in the professional services sector - including the Canadian Legal Innovation Forum and others. It also provides consulting services for companies’ business development, strategy and content. Andrew is also an editorial consultant/writer for Bloomberg Law for projects focused on the US legal market. Andrew spent the first 13 years of his career in London and New York in various, globally focused roles at the Financial Times, Bloomberg and a strategy consulting firm focused on the global legal sector.
