Do you sometimes feel as though you could take more of a lead in situations where you are not the designated “leader of the group”?  Join us as we explore actions and attitudes that good leaders exhibit, that are useful in every situation.  On the docket for this training workshop will also be: consciously choosing your communication style, managing up (and all around), dealing with change, and, giving and receiving feedback.
