Refund and Transfer Policy
Cut-Off Dates
Ticket holders of Dead Cow Gully Backyard Ultra & Cannonball 6.7km are entitled to a refund, or one (1) transfer to the following year up until 11.59pm March 19 2022. After 11.59pm March 19 2022, ticket holders cannot access a refund or transfer, and subsequently incur a 100% loss on funds if unable to attend the events.
Cancellation Fee
There is no cancellation fee prior to March 19 2022, however ticket holders may incur a PayPal processing fee if the refund is requested after 180 days of purchase
Transfers
Ticket holders have the option of transferring their registration to the following year. This can only be actioned before the cut-off date of 11.59pm March 19 2022, and can only be actioned once (two transfers are prohibited).
Ticket Name Change
Ticket Holders can opt to 'give away' or 'on-sell' their ticket to another party at any point prior to 24 hours of race start time. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to organise this themselves and inform the race organiser of the relevant name change.
