Following on from the launch of the Depression and Anxiety Guide, the team will deliver a lunchtime webinar, with a focus on antidepressants, and what staff find challenging in primary care – namely switching medication and deprescribing. This topic is a significant change to clinical practice and features in the new CESEL Depression and Anxiety guide.
Delivered by CESEL’s clinical leads alongside Prof David Taylor( SLaM), who authored both the Maudsley Prescribing Guidance and the new Deprescribing Guidance, the session will include case-studies to illustrate approaches and also highlight issues and what to do about them.
