This 3-hour training course will introduce managers and clinical staff to models of leadership, the importance of critical conversations and performance management.
Using videos of critical conversations, delegates will analyse the leadership and communication techniques. Conversations relating to practice protocols, supervision, competence, and standards setting will discussed.
Delegates will have access to relevant and up to date documents, videos, and links on the CMT Clarimed Training website following completion of this course.
