Connect 5 Session 3 (one day) is Extended Mental Well-being Interventions designed to help participants learn different ways to motivate and support people to make changes that last.

Connect 5 session 3 is open to those who have completed the Connect 5 session 1 and 2 within the last 6 months 

Kaleidoscope is off Lindisfarne Ave, signposted for Longshaw Community Centre and the Training and Resource Unit. From Roman Road, into Manxman Avenue, turn right, then left, then right again.

If you need to cancel, please attempt to have someone else fill your place, or give us enough notice so that we can offer yout place to someone else.

Please note this event is NOT free, it has been paid for by Blackburn with Darwen Council. Late cancellations may be charged a fee between £30 and £100 depending on the the cost of the event.
