Continuous Improvement Council Brown Bag Series: Defining Problem Statements

Join us on Tuesday, September 15th for another one of the Continuous Improvement Council's Brown Bag Series to learn about what a problem statement is and how to create the perfect one! 

Understanding where barriers lie and how to properly address them is one of the most pivotal abilities we can have as employees to amplify our efforts to promote change and connectivity within the workplace. 

In this session, we will dive deeper into the DMAIC strategy for breaking up a project into manageable steps, using problem statements to gain greater focus on what barriers we face within our projects, and how problem statements can be used to define success.
