Cooking and shopping for single or small households can be quite difficult in a world of bulk packaging, larger sizes, and recipes that create a week worth of leftovers. Join us for strategies on how to scale down these giant-sized options to fit cooking for one or two. Recipes will be shared with participants. The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
